4. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and Merchant of Record services. Applicable taxes, payment methods, billing information, refunds, disputes, and transaction processing may be handled by those providers.
5. Research and AI output
Our tools are intended to assist research workflows. AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it for important decisions.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, applicable consumer law, and the procedures of the payment provider or Merchant of Record.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, LaoMao Notes retains all intellectual-property rights in its original products, documentation, and website content. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LaoMao Notes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of its digital products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
